Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Qrav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Qrav provides tools to collect customer reviews, gather private feedback, monitor and respond to reviews, and track local search ranking. Features vary by plan.
Compliant use
You agree to use Qrav in compliance with Google’s review policies and the FTC Consumer Review Rule. You will not use Qrav to post fake reviews, incentivize reviews improperly, or suppress genuine negative reviews. Qrav is designed to keep you compliant, but you are responsible for how you use it.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Rank-scan credits are metered. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
Qrav is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific ranking or review outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
