Overview
Qrav ("we", "us") provides review-collection, reputation, and local-ranking tools for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Qrav you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account data (your name, email, business details) that you provide during signup; usage data such as funnel scans and ratings; and customer feedback submitted through your review funnel. If you connect a Google Business Profile, we access your public reviews and ratings via the Google Places API.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service — powering your review funnel, dashboards, analytics, AI reply drafting, and rank tracking. We do not sell your personal data.
Customer feedback
Private feedback submitted by your customers is shared with you, the business owner, so you can respond. We never suppress or hide public reviews, in line with Google policy and the FTC Consumer Review Rule.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate Qrav, including cloud hosting, the Google Places API for review data, and Anthropic for AI-generated reply drafts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. We honor applicable data-protection rights.
